MANAGEMENT CRM
Once bookings open, regular jobs are confirmed after the paint booking deposit is verified. Promotion bookings require no deposit. You review budget requests, client changes and team requests.

CALCULATOR & PREP PRICING
These are the four optional labour charges clients can add to their calculator, on top of the painting-labour minimum. Primer materials require a reviewed allowance before booking. They flow into the quote, budget request, booking agreement and job details. Change them here whenever you need; each amount is before HST.

Use this for a quick visual of how booked up the crew is. Tap a date to see the jobs booked that day, then open the job card below for money, receipts, crew, or edits.
SCHEDULE & CREW
Saved jobs appear here with their included work, crew and remaining collection balance. Open a job to update details, record a verified payment or request cancellation. Assigned In-House employees follow their crew’s availability and time off.
BUDGET REQUESTS
The full quote stays attached to each budget request. Review the work and materials, then save the final price and proposed arrival payment. No payment is taken to book. Approved offers stay separate from booked jobs. Client contact is still handled manually until automatic delivery is connected.
CLIENT PROJECT CHANGES
Client self-service still needs connection. For current jobs, use the saved job card to update details and pricing; recorded payments stay credited.
CANCELLATION REQUESTS
A client cannot cancel their job or send themselves money back. Review what they paid, choose the total refund you intend to send — including $0 if appropriate — then record the cancellation. Approving a cancellation does not mark money as sent. Any outstanding refund stays here until you record the transfer or refund receipt reference and confirm sending it.
EMPLOYEE REQUESTS
Saved time off appears here. Adding or changing time off pauses new bookings until you review the crew. Existing jobs stay assigned and any conflicts need your attention.
PEOPLE & CREWS
Add your people when you’re ready. New crews stay paused until you activate them.
CLIENT CONTROL
When SMS is connected, new regular bookings text the client, Albert and Management after payment verification. Promotion bookings text the client and Management without a deposit.
